On arrival you will be very happy to know that parking behind all 12 swims is a joy! A (1) new cabin is available for no extra cost,(if your lucky enough to draw this post) here you can fish in luxuary!
Five of the swims are considered single swims, 3 swims can comfortably fit 3 making social fishing easy.
*A large bucket of maize and 2kg of Loirbaits boilies will be ready for all Anglers.
*Unhooking mats are supplied, you can bring your own how ever we do not allow metal framed versions.
The lake is closed at 10.00am Saturday and gates re-open at 1pm.
Early arrival?? We have a spot of land on the River Loir, you are welcome to plot up here and relax before coming on to Janine,

Lake exclusive max 10- Individual max 8. Draw is held at 1.30pm .(unless an agreement can me made)

Phone Charging points are available in most swims, we aim to add a charging point in every swim, currently the shower block and cabin have charging points .
Life jackets/bouyancy aids are to be used at all times. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LIFE PRESERVER /BOUYANCY AID.

The lake depths vary with an average of 7ft, gravel bars, gullies, hard lumps, bivvy size boulders, soft and deep silt, recently weed has started to become more prolofic, great fish holding zones – overhanging tree lined margains make a great spot to drop your baits, there are 2 rowing boats onsite for exclusive bookings for we will leave our electric motor and an echo sounder free of charge for your convenience!
**Meal packs can delivered to your bivvy or to the cabin they include Continental to full English Breakfasts and Evening meal Meat n Veg type dinner and a dessert,
**Morning delivery of Fresh french baguettes, croissants and pain o chocolate directly to your bivvy can be pre-ordered.
We can help with equiptment hire, for a small fee it can save space, or give you that edge or extra comfort,
*Fridges/freezers – Freezer needs are off site, so we take it away and bring it back to your swim on request. Massive 100 Ltr coleman cool box’s can be supplied if requested for your food/drinks, we bring over frozen packs to keep your cooler cold enough,

Outside Janine, Montval 72500 is the local shopping town just 5 minutes drive where you can find local takeaway Restaurants , McDonalds, Pizza and kebab, plus grocery shopping at Lidl, Aldi and Leclerc. We hold a stock of English products just in case you forget anything.

Personally I have been based in France for over 17 years, I have been a keen carp angler for over 40 years, I consider myself to be very lucky to make a living from the sport I love, I am the owner of Loirbaits, a great little Carp food Company, where quality counts; I can supply enough bait for many a session, Boilies, Partiles, spod mix’s dips and hookbaits, pellets that math the boilies.

Litter is to be split into 3 catergories – Glass-Packaging-food waste –
you are expected to adhere to this- failure will result in a £50.00 sorting fee.
HOW TO GET HERE
Janine is as short as 2 hours 11 minutes from Caen or 4 hours 37 mins to Calais. Fly into Tours airport direct from Stanstead is a short 1 hour flight where we will supply everything required for a weeks fishing.
